Life is about Being and Becoming - Carl R. Rogers
Over the years I have directly and indirectly experienced the benefits of counseling. In 2014, I made the commitment to this exciting career after retiring from a 20-year career in the Air Force and started my master’s degree in mental health counseling at Kutztown University.
Since graduating in 2018 I have worked in several areas of the career field including inpatient and outpatient facilities working with men and women struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, anger management, behavioral issues, bi-polar disorder, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, serious mental illness, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns.
I use a mix of talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to help people find the solutions to their problems. Being curious about your concerns and helping you identify skills and learn new ones allows us to find solutions that meet your needs. I enjoy helping people find their unique path to solve their unique problems.
